Job Description:

The Sourcing Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for Amazon's technical and non-technical roles. This role focuses on proactive talent sourcing strategies, market research, and creating diverse candidate pools to support Amazon's rapid growth and hiring needs. Key job responsibilities * Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean searches, social media, etc.) * Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs * Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles * Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence research * Screen and qualify candidates through initial conversations * Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) * Achieve monthly sourcing metrics and SLAs * Promote Amazon's employer brand in candidate interactions * Support diversity sourcing initiatives - 1 years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience - Bachelor's degree, or 2 years of full-time Amazon experience - Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates - Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring - Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
