The Business Analysis Manager will be responsible for supporting the business unit in analytical, financial and operations functions; providing insight on the health, direction and efficacy of various ad products; and for working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to solve problems related to the success of existing or new lines of business. This individual must have experience working cross functionally with data to drive reporting, analysis and planning, and communicating complex analyses to internal stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesThe Business Analysis Manager will support commercial analytics by evaluating business performance and identifying opportunities through analyses and business cases in order to provide decision support for business models and supporting partner negotiationsPosition will build a story out of numbers, upscaling reporting, analysis and planning for the various business sub-units. Present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting mannerPosition will work with and create detailed Excel reports and financial models, as well as Tableau, SQL and Power BI.This individual will work cross functionally to support reporting and forecasting activities for the business as necessary, in cooperation with Sales, Product Management and FinancePosition will provide presentations,dashboards to synthesize findings and deliver insights as well as forecasts on the performance of the business unit.This person will be responsible for helping to build the structure necessary to scale the business unit through well-structured, standard reporting of ongoing business performance as well as ad hoc analytics of specific business issuesQualificationsRock-star problem solver identifying the key issues that impact business decisions, equipped with superior analytical skills (e.g., excel proficiency) to drive insightsStructured thinker who can frame and bring structure to complex and ambiguous business problems.
