Job Description:
This role will facilitate, reinforce, and sustain learning
solutions that build and enhance the leadership competencies of
executive leaders and people managers across the enterprise. A
higher level of experience and expertise will be required to serve
as a Subject Matter Expert and facilitate additional trainings to
all levels of leaders. Additional certifications and training are
required or provided to meet additional business development needs.
In addition, responsibilities include peer support and development
and significant Train the Trainers and pilot workshop roles.
Responsibilities
Facilitate team & leadership development content that is
experientially based for people managers across the enterprise.
Successfully partner with other Leadership Facilitators and
Business Leaders to create the optimal learning environment for
each delivery. Utilize a variety of delivery mechanisms including
traditional instructor-led, co-facilitation, and virtual
classes.
Facilitate additional more specialized development training to
executive leadership by offering an executive version of core and
additional management content and serving as an SME. Additional
responsibilities include playing a key role in pilots and train the
trainers of peers. Additional training and certification may be
required.
Partner with Talent Development team members and HRBPs to create
pre and post training support and reinforcement tools to sustain
behavioral change and drive improved performance.
Demonstrate ownership of assigned region by collaborating with
local HRBP and key LOB leaders. Act as a consultant to recommend
learning solutions that are tailored to the region's current and
future needs. Responsible for marketing programs within the region,
communicating roadmap, and solving for all learning requests
received.
Provide development feedback for assigned leadership development
interns. Responsible for scheduling, observational feedback, and
overall mentorship.
Demonstrate proficiency across a catalog of curriculum by
completing and maintaining required certifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree: Business Or Human Resources
7-10 Years: Experience Facilitating Groups Of Adult Learners And
Corporate Teams At All Levels, Including Executive Audiences
Microsoft Office: Microsoft Applications, Including Outlook, Word,
Excel And PowerPoint
Learning And Development: Knowledge Of Facilitation Techniques And
Adult Learning Principles
Communication: Excellent Communication And Customer Service
Skills
Collaboration: Ability To Collaborate With Key Stakeholders To
Achieve Learning Objectives And Strategy
Minimum Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED
