Software Trainer - Love to Teach, Love to LearnIf you love to teach and love to learn, we would like to talk with you about your career as a Software Trainer with TLG Learning.--TLG is growing as a leading training provider for companies, government agencies and individuals seeking to increase their skills, knowledge and enhance their careers.Qualities:* You are an experienced software trainer who loves to process and disseminate ideas into clean, consumable learning modules* You're enthusiastic, energetic, professional and approachable * You are organized and able to multitask prioritizeResponsibilities:* Delivering in-person and/or live-online training classes* Augmenting and enhancing in-house training content and curriculum * Working both independently and collaboratively * Planning for emerging technologies and preparing for new classes on an on-going basis* Reports directly to the Training Manager Requirements:* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal* Experience teaching in-person as well as over remote platforms (Teams, Adobe Connect, Zoom)* Experience teaching business end-users * Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience* Interest in travelling to client locations (when appropriate, following the Covid19 pandemic) * Some lifting required (laptops, course manuals)Example of Courses to be Taught:Microsoft Office 365 end -user and Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint (Online and Desktop versions), MS Teams, MS Project, and proprietary software for client deploymentsBenefits of working at TLG Learning:* Competitive compensation * Paid instructor preparation time* Paid vacation and sick leave* Competitive benefits package including 401(k), health and vision planIf you do not reside in the Greater Seattle area, please apply only if you are planning on relocating,
