You enjoy solving problems and you bring a positive attitude with you everywhere you go. THE ROLE The CRM Systems Administrator role is a highly impactful role that is responsible for the following:

• Ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to support the needs of a growing sales team.
• Migrate existing automation to Microsoft Power Platform. This will include PowerApps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate.
• Assist in developing net-new automation to increase productivity.
• Participate in requirements gathering meetings and solution design discussions.
• Assess and maintain the health of multiple first- and third-party integrations across enterprise business systems.
• Work as a member of a software development team using Agile methodology. Skills:
  • Experience customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), and exposure to Power Platform + Common Data Service.
  • Ability to creatively solve complex problems with scalable solutions
  • Strong desire to take on new challenges and learn new technologies
