We design and develop the overall investment strategy and plan for the digital experience portfolio at T-Mobile and are accountable for the ROI. As a senior level individual contributor on this team, you drive strategic insights, initiatives and transformation to develop long-term growth plans and profitability goals. The team aligns with the enterprise operating model and partners collaboratively with Marketing, Commercial, Product & Technology, Finance, Care and Retail. We set the proactive direction, and objectives for Digital, building the management system, rhythms of business, centralized programs, and communication strategy that deliver success at scale. ResponsibilitiesStrategy / Planning / Leadership & Performance:Develops the business's multi-year strategies and goals, establishes measurement criteria to monitor the performance of established strategies consistently, identify deficiencies, and avail measurable solutions.Designs and delivers the Digital Investment framework, and the quarterly and annual recommendations for return on investment & incremental enterprise value.Develops and designs the planning process for successful implementation and evaluation of the digital strategy.Responsible for evaluating strategic growth or cost-savings initiatives to operational excellence programs through business casing, research, and analysis.Prepares and presents organizational reviews and communicates results and insights to top managementActs as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and relevant partners during strategy formulation, development, and execution.Educates the organization on emerging digital trends, opportunities, competitive threats, and new technologies that can continue to differentiate T-Mobile.Develops digital strategies, inclusive of long-term goals and objectives, key risk management, and driving business and project initiatives.Inspire, empower, and mentor teammates, creating impact and value within the Strategy team and across the Digital organization.Focus on results through setting performance standards that exceed expectations of Senior Leadership.
