The centralized Digital Strategy team leads the overall strategy and plan for Digital at T-Mobile. We are paving the way for a scaled digital future! We design and develop the investment strategy for the digital experience portfolio at T-Mobile and are accountable for the Digital return on investment. As a leader on this team, you drive strategic insights, initiatives, and transformation to support the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals. The team aligns with the enterprise operating model and partners collaboratively with Marketing, Product & Technology, Finance, Customer Care and Retail. When it comes to Digital, we set the proactive direction, build the management system, set the rhythms of business, centralized programs, and communication strategy that deliver success at scale!ResponsibilitiesLeadershipLead and develop a team of strategists and analytical business managers.Act as an inspirational leader to build impact and value within the Strategy team and throughout the Digital organization.Lead and facilitate cross-functional team teamwork for alignment of goals and budget to Digital Strategy across Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Product & Technology.Recruit top talent while coaching and challenging a team to maximize their strengths by providing opportunities for skill and career advancement.Collaborate with Digital VP, Sr. Directors/Directors and HR to manage Digital's talent management and organizational change program that improves the Digital organization's efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. Strategy/PlanningCollaborate with and support the Director and Sr. Director in strategy development, proactive direction, plan, and processes for successful implementation of the digital portfolio.Develop and design an overall management system for Digital in alignment with the enterprise operating model.Responsible for the Digital organization's overall performance and operating cadence through management of the ongoing planning process including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual rhythms and budget/resource planning.Collaborate and sustain relationships with leaders across Digital, Marketing, Finance, Product & Technology, and Corporate Strategy as a primary point of contact for Digital planning.Deliver overall digital communications strategic plan and execution for Digital executive communications for internal teams and external partners.Prepare and present organizational reviews and communicate results and insights to top management.Assess the current digital organization and design a plan of continuous improvement and training. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree10+ years in Business Management, Analytics, Strategy or Consulting; 7-10+ years in Marketing, Digital, E-Commerce or related.3-5 years direct people management experience with proven success in building and developing highly performing teamsThrives in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve.Possesses a can-do positive attitude, a strong bias towards action, ability to make decisions under pressure, and exemplify leadership by example and influence.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to work across organizational departments and develop positive relationships across the company.Demonstrated ability to run financial elements of the business, including budgets. Strong analytical and quantitative skills to measure, evaluate and act on financial and operational results.
