Our executive team tells this story best, and we're looking for a Producer to help manage video projects from Pre-Production thru Post; primarily working on shoots that take place on our internal stage and on location around the campus and country as needed. You will support the creative leads and Head of Production, producing shoots with our executive team and turning these stories into compelling content for internal and external deliverables for social, web, PR and beyond. Candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects at once. You will work directly with T-Studios leadership team, marketing leaders, and straddle the creative and production groups to build industry leading Marketing communications. This role also requires an ability to work closely with executive leaders of the company. This candidate should have a strong background in Line Production, with experience working with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external). You should be able to create budgets and schedule and manage the work to meet these requirements At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDT-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. T-Mobile will require proof of vaccination and consider requests for exemption from this requirement during the offer phase as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs where the accommodation would not cause T-Mobile undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others. * Bachelor's degree in Video or Film Production, Marketing, Advertising, or related experience. * 8-10 years experience in Video Production * Experience managing daily production related activities including budget, scripts, crew hires, editing, deliverables and quality control * Working knowledge of audio/video production and editing tools (Adobe Premier & After Effects) * Organized, creative and proactive * Ability to manage video production process from beginning to end (pre-production, production, post-production) * Must have a firm understanding of all aspects of production, including production equipment, lighting techniques, cameras/lenses, audio, guiding the work from production through post when necessary * Must have a keen ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership team and keep them comfortable on set * Manage and guide the production team on set/stage and helping in any capacity necessary to ensure the shoot gets executed flawlessly with no room for error. * Oversee production and coordinate multiple parties and stakeholders including internal employees, contracted resources, and 3rd party vendors. * Partner with creative team members and Studio Managers in overseeing the creative process throughout the entire project lifecycle as needed. * Work independently and proactively. You know when to get others involved, and how to work with peers inside and outside Creative and Production teams. * Manage post-production process when needed, working with editors and motion graphics to execute the creative vision * Sourcing music, stock footage, and other footage when necessary * Keep projects on schedule and delivered within budget constraints * Able to work extended hours as necessary * Ability to manage people and projects Equal Employment Opportunity We take equal opportunity seriously-by choice.
