In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a top-tier hiring experience within a strong service-oriented culture.       • Provide sourcing and potential for full life-cycle, high volume technical recruiting in an ever-changing startup environment.
      • Partner with the recruiting teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage candidate and hiring manager expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
      • Utilize a variety of recruiting techniques to source, evaluate and hire top-tier talent. You'll thrive in this role if you have: (All OfferUp employees are required to receive Covid-19 vaccinations unless an employee is in need of an exemption from this policy due to a medical reason, or because of a sincerely held religious belief.)
        • 7+ years previous sourcing
        • Experience sourcing software engineering and engineering leadership talent in competitive markets.
        • Experience with out of the box sourcing methods
        • Demonstrated deep research sourcing strategy creation.
        • Previous start-up experience; experience educating and selling candidates on job opportunities.
        • Organized, analytical, self-starter and detail-oriented.
        • Must be eligible to work in the United States. Helpful, but not required--
