Job Description OVERVIEW: Senior Software Engineer of AIOps is responsible for development, delivery, installation, and maintenance of Software application in Betacom Lab and production environments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the design, Research and Develop software in ambiguous and complex new initiatives. Establishing technical standards across the organization to improve engineering excellence Responsible for the development and maintenance of key features and tools Develop software installation guidelines using CI/CD model. Perform exploratory data analysis on complex data sets to gain a deeper understanding of Betacom---s API usage and development journey Develop statistical models to predict developer behavior and usage to drive API adoption Design and develop automated interactive dashboards and data visualization dashboards to track developer business metrics and insights Create various machine learning based tools and processes Devcelop a robust recommendation engine for Betacom Develop and deploy an ML model over web service Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms Exposure to multiple SQL and NOSQL databases OTHER DUTIES: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 4 years of experience in software applications development using technologies like Java, Python. Extensive experience in developing microservices using muserver OR Springboot. Experience with HTML5, jQuery and CSS. Experience with integration with a chat application like Amazon Connect. Hands-on experience in pulling data from external sources using APIs, joining data from disparate data systems, and distilling large data sets into actionable insights that drive business value Proficient in writing complex structured query language (SQL) queries on large datasets and relational databases for data manipulation and analysis SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not carry supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems MS or PHD in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, information systems or computer engineering Proficient in data exploration and visualization tools such as Prometheus, Grafana Deep understanding of statistical analysis, regression and predictive modeling, data mining and data warehousing concepts PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
