Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will provide the basis for on-time development and delivery of IT solutions for a major telecom company.
This will also include processing and tracking project orders (resources, transportation, etc), data tracking, project reporting, financial data gathering/billing and customer interaction. You will be expected to effectively communicate with all operations groups in the company as well as organize and distribute project data to the field teams designated to specific projects.
You will follow a designated project management methodology to achieve all tasks assigned by the Project Management Team.

Responsibilities. The Project Manager will:
(i) Create and drive project status reporting and meetings as communication and
management tools to ensure project health to provide transparency to risks and issues
that require stakeholder support and action;
(ii) Proactively identify any potential risks to the project and implement risk
mitigation plans as approved by the customer.
(iii) Proactively identify and recommend improvements to standard processes and
procedures;
(iv) Actively participate in the implement of changes to standard processes and
procedures;
(v) Plan, identify, and document project quality standards; and
(vi) Work with stakeholders and project team to align

Minimum Requirements:
(i) Ability to work primarily remotely from the Site at customer's request;
(ii) Bachelor's degree;
(iii) At least four (4) years of experience in a role as a project manager with experience
at a consumer internet company;
(iv) Proficient in Jira, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office;
(v) Proven track record of meeting business goals through effective communication
and maintaining task timelines;
(vi) Experience with management of software deployments, automation, and selfservice
tools;
(vii) At least two (2) years of experience in Waterfall, SCRUM or Agile development;
(viii) Adaptable in a dynamic environment, with experience in supporting cross
functional teams; and
(ix) Experience working with web developers, engineers, creative agencies, UI
designers and quality assurance to implement Web features
