Join a community of professionals that is helping build the best in industry products and services that keep our communities running! -Position Summary - Why This Position is for YouWe are looking for a highly motivated, customer service-oriented Talent Sourcer to partner with our recruitment team and business to find top talent. -This position is part of a team of recruiters reporting to a Recruiting Manager. -The position focuses on IT and Data Analytics roles primarily in the Puget Sound area. -If you enjoy sourcing diverse pools of candidates join our team! -Job Functions / Responsibilities--- - - -Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through Linked In, Handshake, social media, networking, employee referrals and creative search techniques including diversity and inclusion sourcing. ---- - - -Partner with recruiters and business leaders to identify and understand the positions technical requirements.--- - - -Create successful sourcing strategies tailored to individual business needs.--- - - -Manage candidate pipelines and campaigns within PACCAR's internal applicant tracking system (SAP SuccessFactors).--- - - -Conduct screening to qualify prospective candidates across multiple roles and to unique positions.--- - - -Handle high volume of requisitions and prioritize based on business needs.--- - - -Recommend and drive improvements that impact talent pipelines.--- - - -Share sourcing best-practices with greater recruiting team.--- - - -Promote an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.Qualifications & Skills--- - - -Bachelor's Degree required--- - - -Full cycle recruiting or sourcing experience required, with IT sourcing experience preferred--- - - -SAP SuccessFactors or any other applicant tracking systems (ATS) equivalent experience preferred--- - - -Ability to effectively accomplish multiple priorities in established time periods and meet deadlines--- - - -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail--- - - -Excellent communicator and customer service orientedLearn more about what PACCAR is doing forPACCAR was honored as a "Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation" by the Women in Trucking Association.
