Performs daily treasury operations involving cash, foreign exchange, debt, and capital management. Provides heavy analytical and technical support to treasury operations related activities. Works cross functionally with other Finance teams to support enterprise.Enterprise Core CompetenciesRequires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.Essential Functions

  • Perform regular updates to short-term liquidity forecast.
  • Provide weekly analysis on collections and disbursements to justify updates to cash forecast. Also identify and mitigate forecasting variances.
  • Work with relevant business units to prepare weekly cash forecasts updates.
  • Align short-term cash forecast to FP&A long-term cash forecast.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Accounts Payable quarterly in support of enterprise targeted goals.
  • Complete monthly investment and debt reporting.
  • Perform backup function to Treasury Analyst on daily cash position (DCP). Using Treasury Workstation determines DCP to meet corporation and subsidiaries daily operating cash requirements while maximizing the use of funds through Concentration, Sweep and Investment accounts. Monitor bank account balances daily and report any overdrafts or excess balances to Sr, Manager, Treasury with recommendations to correct the situation.
  • Prepare wires and process in accordance with company policies.
  • Review constantly changing banking structure and make justifiable recommendations for improvements. Takes an active role in researching and recommending process efficiencies and improvements.
  • Conducts ad hoc research and analysis to make recommendations and/or support management decisions
  • Support testing of SOX controls.
  • Function as Treasury liaison on Enterprise projects, providing guidance and treasury expertise as it relates to business and functional requirements.
  • Able to evaluate and effectively lead implementations of Treasury sponsored projects.QualificationsMinimum Required
    • 4+ years' experience in a finance role with strong analytics; some experience in Treasury
    • Proficient in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
    • Highly dependable and organized to meet deadlines and time constraints
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting analysis and preparing reports
    • Must have sound judgment in dealing with cash, and in evaluating when to appropriately escalate issues
    • Excellent project management skillsDesired
      • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
      • Knowledge of/experience with banking services and products, and accounting concepts and controls
      • Prior experience using Treasury workstations
      • Knowledge of PowerBIEducationMinimum Required
