Employee Communications, we believe employees who feel deeply

supporting a variety of communication platforms including our
digital monitors (aka digis), our intranet (aka T-Nation),
distribution lists, Polite Mail, and other platforms, as needed.
Most of the publishing and support will include ongoing
partnerships with campaign and content owners around the company.

** This is a hybrid role and can be based in Bellevue, WA, Overland
Park, KS, Frisco, TX, Atlanta, GA or another one of our other major
regional business offices or contact centers. **Job
Responsibilities:
- Provide management, tech administration, and support of our
enterprise communication platforms (e.g. intranet, digital
monitors, email tracking, Slack)
- Share web management and publishing expertise with 50+ content
managers. For example, site / page creation, search optimization
and permissions.
- Be the liaison between our business / communication teams and
our technology development team(s)
- Partner with campaign and content owners to educate,
troubleshoot, and consult on web publishing and delivery of
content.
- Ideate improvements to process and work flow to better help
content owners see visibility of their content.Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Digital Communications, IT, Communications,
or related field
- Up to 3 years experience with website management and/or
publishing in CMS platforms, e.g. Microsoft Sharepoint
- Understanding of markup languages such as HTML or XML
- Familiarity with UX and accessibility
- Content and/or project coordination experience* At least 18
years of age* Legally authorized to work in the United States*
T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully

CommitmentWashington Pay Range : $60,400.00 - $81,700.00The pay
range above is the general base pay range for a successful
candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual
pay will be based on various factors, such as work location,
qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be
above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular,
non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic
sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate
employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or
individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the
employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions
in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on
individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales
roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And
