marketing process including strategic planning, development,
execution, measurement, and communication of sponsorship for one or
more sponsorship properties. This person will be responsible for
developing and implementing solution driven programs that support
T-Mobile's brand and business strategies based on sound business
rationale, consumer insights, and other business information. The
role will work cross functionally with multiple internal
departments, properties, agencies, and leadership.Job
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and implementation of the sponsorship
platform
- Develop and present a holistic approach and strategy to achieve
long and short term business priorities and objectives; drive
alignment with core LOB partners and cross-function teams
- Lead a cross functional team and agency partners in execution
of sponsorship related programs/plans
- Establish and manage relationships with key internal and
external stakeholders
- Establish key performance indicators, measure, and deliver
results
- Oversee sponsorship budget
- Lead large-scale tentpole programming
- Support strategic planning efforts across Sponsorship
groupEducation
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, Business or a
related field (Required)Work Experience
- 7-10 years' experience in developing and executing national
sponsorship platforms.
- Telecom experience a plus.
- Experience in competitive analysis, advertising, or media
management a plus.
- Experience leveraging data and insights to analyze performance,
KPIs and to maximize sponsorship investment
- 5+ years leading and setting strategic vision for sponsorships
and strategic partnerships; brand-side experience a plus
- Experience managing large scale college partnerships on behalf
of a brand at the conference and university level; strong working
knowledge of the college marketing and multimedia rights landscape

Pay Range: $114,400.00 - $154,700.00The pay range above is the
general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state
listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on
various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and
experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this
range.oAt T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are
eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus,
based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a
year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and
which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in
the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for
monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while
Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or
quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY
