Candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of primary
research cycle for products and services; this includes scoping,
design, execution, analysis and reporting. The candidate will
employ a wide variety of research methods including lab studies,
heuristic evaluations, survey design, focus groups and more. The
candidate will report to the user experience research manager and
drive execution of the following areas: study design, screener &
discussion guide design, recruiting, data processing and analysis,
as well as leading presentations. The candidate should have a
strong understanding of user interface design principles and proven
real world experience conducting research as part of the product
development lifecycle. Must be proficient in all methodologies
listed in this document. Candidate will identify research program
opportunities and align with internal business partners. The
candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
with changing priorities and have a demonstrated ability to work
collaboratively with peers and stakeholders in research
execution.Job Responsibilities:
- Lead collaboration with designers, developers and device
manufacturers for optimal and timely resolution of usability
findings and recommendations
- Lead design and execution of usability lab studies of products
and services with representative end users
- Lead analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and
presentation of findings in a meaningful and easy to understand
manner
- Lead heuristic expert evaluations and cognitive walkthroughs of
new products and services at all stages from concept to prototype
to product
- Perform iterative device evaluation and UI issue tracking
across devices, phones and services
- Lead planning and execution of focus groups and field
trials
- Manage research vendors on externally assisted projects
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Research, psychology, related ()

law.Washington Pay Range: $123,300-$166,800Colorado Pay Range:
$114,900-$155,400The pay range above is the general base pay range
for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful
candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as
work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual
starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile,
employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an
annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their
role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus
based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at
a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses
based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and
Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales
incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile
