The Sr People Insights Analysis Manager is responsible for supporting the organization's People and Workforce initiatives utilizing a broad range of data sources, analytical methods, and business approaches to deliver actionable recommendations to executive sponsors. Possessing a strategic perspective with deep, integrated knowledge of HR and other business domains, uses professional concepts and company objectives to analyze complex issues in creative and effective ways. Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Leads improvement team processes, ways of working, and collaborate cross-functionally across the organization. Works independently, with guidance in only the most sophisticated situations. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise, and is seen as an expert in their area. Responsible for identifying, presenting, and driving consensus around opportunities to understand and improve HR performance, optimize cost to serve, and improve business outcomes through People and Workforce initiatives.

This is a hybrid position based in Bellevue, WA.Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of KPIs and pointed research projects, and scale standard methodologies across collaborator groups.
  • Perform data mining, analysis and modeling to drive business insights. Query and validate data from relational databases (Teradata, MS SQL server). Demonstrate strong proficiency and comfort working with and analyzing large sets of data.
  • Consult with perspective and provide recommendations through creative data visualization and effective storytelling.
  • Provide broad analytical support (including analytical systems development) by leading initiatives to dissect and structure a wide range of business opportunities, extracting and analyzing data from a variety of sources, utilizing facts/data to derive a conclusion, and constructing presentations that distill analytical findings into communications that are intended to advise and influence decisions related to policy, procedure, and business practices.
  • Develop executive level presentations and present sophisticated and customized analytical findings.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and manage complex projects.
  • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and will act as team lead and knowledge leader on team.
  • Partner with other teams across the organization and align with key collaborators.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative, Business or computer-related field such as mathematics, econometrics, statistics, operations research, or computer science. (Required)Work Experience:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.
