Job Description:
Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for
primary care clinics in Portland.
Work 34 hours/week with full benefits, no admin days, or on-call
time.
Attend 2-3 weeks of training, including travel to multiple
clinics.
Earn $130K-$145K/year plus bonuses, shift pay, sign-on, or
relocation assistance up to $15,000.
Provide comprehensive care: preventive, chronic, hospital
transitions, minor procedures, and palliative care.
Qualifications include Master--------s in Nursing or Physician
Assistant Studies, 1-2 years experience, and eligibility for
Medicare.
Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, CME allowance, paid

Must wear masks, adhere to safety protocols, and may need to work
outside scheduled hours or relocate based on needs.
