Job Description Job Description Fire Wrapping Technicians Needed Immediately for Tacoma Facility Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; Fridays as needed Location: Outdoor work at a company site We are seeking dependable, safety-focused team members to support a wildfire mitigation project by installing fire-resistant wraps on utility and telephone poles at a designated company site. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that involves heavy lifting, material handling, and the use of light power tools. Ideal candidates are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and take pride in consistent, quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Lift, carry, and position fire-resistant wrap materials and supplies throughout the site Wrap utility and telephone poles according to project specifications Secure materials using nail guns or fastening tools Work as part of a field team to meet daily production and quality goals Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or material shortages to the supervisor Work Environment Outdoor work at a fixed company site Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, bending, and repetitive lifting throughout the shift Exposure to varying weather and environmental conditions Use of hand tools and light power tools Requirements Steel-toe boots required Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or team lift more repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to safely operate nail guns or similar fastening tools Ability to work early morning shifts and occasional Fridays Reliable transportation to and from the job site Preferred Qualifications Previous construction, utility, or general labor experience Familiarity with job site safety standards and PPE use Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Why Work with Fuze HR US?
