Your Mission

The Director of Talent Acquisition Product Development & Engineering is responsible for leading all of hiring activities, driving strategic initiatives that require strong partnerships with Sr. level execs. S/he is also responsible for building a global university recruiting strategies and roadmap for early careers recruiting and program. You are someone who demonstrates strong leadership and already has extensive experience leading TA Managers and talent acquisition partners. Reporting to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, this position will be a member of the TA Leadership team and provide strategic direction and leadership to an organization of approximately 3+ full time and contingent recruiting professionals in the Americas Region.

You will be a dynamic and creative thinker, a non-traditional leader with experience in strategic planning, global talent markets, and a focused approach to building an effective TA machine that delivers high quality candidates with a world candidate experience. The individual will be a data driven decision maker and metrics driven, building a culture of accountability and a solid sense of performance outcomes. S/he will establish strong partnerships with business leaders and cross functional global HR teams to provide integrated and seamless, high quality TA services to UiPath.

This is what you'll do at UiPath:

* Provide strong leadership to the Americas team of TA professionals

* Provide thought leadership in TA management, workforce, organization and location planning, and strategic talent planning

* Resolve and/or develop relevant TA systems and recruiting tools, technology and methodologies for building a cutting-edge organization that remains ahead of the competition

* Identify, hire, and develop exceptional recruiting talent and TA leadership

* Ability to identify and attract unique candidate skillsets in a highly competitive marketplace

* Ability to demonstrate social media and recruiting networks. Works closely with our Employer Branding team to become the employer of choice in the AMER region with a focus in Bellevue, WA.

* Create and implement the methodologies and processes to ensure an extraordinary candidate and manager experience

* Establish systems of accountability and performance standards

* Stays apprised of industry news concerning organizational changes, layoffs, and any other situation where talented individuals may find themselves seeking employment

* Meets with hiring leaders on a regular basis to provide recruitment updates on their open

* requisitions, future workforce/hiring plans, effectiveness of staffing strategies, and management of resources.

* Provide regular updates to the Functional Business Unit (BU) leaders on overall recruitment progress against quarterly hiring plans, any key challenges and best practices.

* Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance and executive management to develop and assess workforce plans, budgets and hiring forecasts in existing and emerging markets in order to deliver the right talent when and where it's needed.

* Work closely with the VP of TA on developing, implementing and assessing diversity recruiting programs to increase the candidate funnel for Intern and Industry hiring efforts

* Build global strategy and roadmap for early careers recruiting and program

* Partner across key stakeholders such as total rewards, finance, professional recruiting to ensure alignment across teams to best support early career talent

* Stay abreast of the changing campus recruiting landscape, keeping up with industry best practices

* Provide thought leadership, coaching and education to leadership and cross functional partners relative to seasonality of campus hiring and headcount planning

* Evaluate and make best practice improvements to our current assessment processes across all functions

* Track metrics and pipeline activity for team and manage reporting on hiring progress out to execs and cross-functional recruiting partners

* Ability to educate business partners, finance and leaders as to how college recruiting impacts future headcount planning

* Demonstrated focus building diverse campus recruiting funnels through strategies, tools or other methodologies

This is what you'll bring to our team:

* Technical knowledge is a plus in RPA and software development technologies. Proven success in one or more core areas of TA functional leadership.

* Experienced knowledge of TA activities, including candidate sourcing, recruitment strategy design and implementation, screening and assessment in a high growth, ambitious and forward-thinking environment.

* Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence change, and provide strategic leadership within a matrix structure.

* Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with tools, metrics, data, and trends.

* Demonstrable ability to quickly come up to speed and work well with a variety of leaders and executives.

* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 8-10 years of related work experience in a search firm or in house recruiting/sourcing.

* 5+ years of management experience to include leading remotely and global teams.

* 2+ years in University Recruiting preferred

* 5+ years of experience in recruiting senior level executives including C-Suite level position.

* Ability to develop sourcing and talent strategies to target niche talent pools.

* Knowledge on compliance requirements needed for Early career talent acquisition

* Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels and able to utilize candidate sourcing candidates' tools and methods.

* Strong computer skills and experience with Google, MS Office 365, etc. and applicant tracking systems are desired.

* Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.

* Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, and best practices).

* Extensive experience working with executive search firms or other placement agencies to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool.

* Some travel might be required for this role both domestically and internationally
