Job Description:
Beacon Hill Financial Staffing is seeking a temporary to hire
Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary to hire opportunity for
an industry leader located in Bellevue, WA. The Accounts Payable
Specialist will be performing the following duties:* Enter invoices
daily.* Prepare and process bi-monthly check runs* Work with
property managers and general ledger accountants to process special
check runs.* Answer/research vendor phone calls regarding accounts
payable.* Maintain accounts payable email.* File/Maintain invoices
and accounts payable records.* Obtain and file W-9s, and process of
year-end 1099 forms.* Assist with special projects.* Proficient in
outlook and mid-sized general ledger system.Find Us on
