Description:The Daily Deals team is currently hiring for an experienced digital merchandiser who can employ innovative techniques to deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience for daily deals buyers. The site merchandiser will be responsible for strategies to develop and execute a retail marketing calendar with campaigns and marketing programs, leverage web & sales analytics to promote the discoverability and selection of products, while identifying impactful insights and effectively communicating those learnings to ensure we meet our customers' needs and interests Responsibilities: Curation of onsite inventory, including seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns to drive buyer engagement Ownership of key marketing metrics focused on new buyer acquisition, buyer retention, and incremental sales Identification of campaign strategies and plans, managing and executing campaigns supporting eBay NA priority verticals while on brand for eBay daily deals - Working with category managers to source and promote inventory selection in support of promotions and campaigns Partnering with business stakeholders to deliver against objectives - Reviews opportunities and suggests ways to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth across product categories and top traffic pages Keep improving buyer experience and evolving the deals homepage by identifying learning opportunities, formulating hypotheses , laying out test priorities & schedule and identifying actional insights from the tests. Understanding e-commerce industry insights and study of competitors online and offline promotions (on a daily basis) to inform best practicesSkills:Site merchandising, Ecommerce, Visual merchandising, Sql, Site merchandiser, Omniture, Analytic, Visual merchandiseAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves: MUST HAVE site merchandiser experience clearly presentable on resume 4+ years of combined marking/category management within e-commerce (ecommerce is mandatory) and site merchandizing experience (1-2+ years) Experience with content management systems and publishing online Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects Experience communicating and presenting to various roles within an organization Aptitude for being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environment Work effectively across teams, drive for outcomes and communicate context Proficient with Excel (basic to intermediate experience) BA/BS in Marketing or related field or equivalent job experience (8+ years of experience will bypass the requirement for a BA/BS)Highly Preferred: Experience with SQL, analytics, and/or editing tools Photoshop skills is a plus Experience with web analytics tools such as Omniture and SQLExperience Level:Intermediate Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
