RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Business Evangelist in Bellevue, WA.Our client is a cutting-edge provider of world class software, solutions and services. Doing business in 170 countries, our client is dedicated to fulfilling their mission of helping you and your organization achieve more around the world.Key Tasks:* Deliver processes and productivity improvements by working closely with the Sales, Finance, Analytics and Leadership teams* Define with stakeholders the business requirements, and then prioritize and implement process improvements, ensuring controllership and scalability* Manage ongoing compliance and auditable programs with current contracts and processes* Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify, track, report, escalate and resolve incoming issues* Document and track progress against launch milestones, highlighting blockers, risks & creating path to green or mitigation plans* Execute new initiatives & document best practices for in scope existing processes, standardize approaches, and always absorb new ideas to keep improvingREQUIREMENTS:* Any Bachelor's degree qualification required; Master's preferred* 3-5 years of experience in any compensation advisor, business operations, HR/Comp & Benefits, finance/analysis, strategic or relationship management role* Knowledge of compensation principles, sales motion, incentive programs highly desirable with experience in a Fortune 500 company* Ability to develop and implement creative solutions, and influence others in their adoption* Familiarity with a sales culture, strong business acumen and ability to serve as an evangelist for the company* Knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel skills, ServiceNow/CRM or equivalent helpdesk support system experience is desirable* Experience using data and analytics to make informed decisions and "measure what you manage"* Experience working with globally distributed teamsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
