You enjoy solving problems and you bring a positive attitude with you everywhere you go. THE ROLE The Business Systems Engineer role is a highly impactful role that is responsible for the following:

• Develop and maintain tools and automation in support of our fast-paced business needs revolving around Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
• Responsible for hands-on technical implementation, testing, end user training and ongoing maintenance of system automation.
• Must be able to take detailed direction in implementation of business solutions, as well as independently design and propose solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering meetings and solution design discussions.
• Assess and maintain the health of all first- and third-party integrations across enterprise business systems.
• Business system account and security administration including the application and design of access policies in accordance with existing enterprise security and compliance requirements.
• Work as a member of a software development team using Agile methodology.
