Smartsheet is looking for a Senior Associate, Business Operations to help leaders across the business improve how we operate. The Business Operations team partners with functions across Smartsheet to help increase our effectiveness as a company. We provide visibility into company performance, analyze data and surface risks and opportunities, support our annual planning and OKR processes, and steer strategic projects. In this role, you will work on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives that put you in touch with senior leaders across Smartsheet. You will report to the Senior Manager, Business Operations and will be based in our offices in Bellevue, WA. You will:

• Manage regular reporting on business performance to help leadership identify risks and opportunities
• Increase Smartsheet's understanding of what drives our growth and profitability
• Help solve important strategic questions for Smartsheet using research and data to communicate a compelling narrative to executives
• Frame issues, develop hypotheses, and partner with other teams to turn insights into action
• Steer strategic projects spanning several parts of Smartsheet
• Support other duties-- You have:
  • 4 or more years of experience in management consulting, business operations, analytics, corporate strategy or comparable role at a technology company
  • Shown an ability to work through complex problems using data
  • Answered strategic questions with clear insight and recommendations
  • Ability to execute autonomously on projects from definition to completion
  • Experience working with senior leaders across the business
  • Proficient in data analysis tools including Excel , Tableau, and SQL
