You can effectively communicate verbally and in writing. We are looking for a professional to process residential mortgages in compliance with company, investor, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate logical judgement, be detail oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize tasks. Requirements: 3 + years of residential mortgage processing experience required 1+ years using Encompass Bi-lingual English/Spanish helpful Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Work flexible hours and overtime if necessary, work under pressure, and meet deadline Job Requirements: Process and prepare residential mortgage loans (FNMA, FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional) in accordance with guidelines Order and review all required documentation Calculate ratios such as debt-to-income and loan-to-value Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, title companies, escrow agents, and real estate agents Communicate regularly with Mortgage Consultants Complete loan submissions Prepare files for closing Validate loan information on system with documents in the loan file Adhere to mortgage loan processing procedures
