The Franchise Operations Specialist reports to the Franchise
Operations Manager; this specialist performs a variety of functions
in the administration and support of the PacLease franchises. In
this role you will analyze data across the franchise operations
department to provide accurate, relevant and meaningful
Job Functions / Responsibilities
+ Performs administrative duties (including but not limited to
mail distribution, phone coverage, scanning and archiving franchise
documentation, check deposits, etc.).
+ Provides franchise user access to PacLease websites and
+ Prepares and updates PacLease content in different websites
+ Provides assistance to franchises as needed, and responds to
franchise inquiries and issues.
+ Collects and consolidates franchise financial information and
generates monthly and quarterly composite reports for PacLease.
+ Maintains franchise data and supports the creation of
scorecards and dashboards to measure franchise performance.
+ Develops adhoc reports and prepares month-end and quarter-end
reports for PacLease.
+ Participates in process improvement efforts and performs other
duties and special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of applicable job experience,
with proven ability to provide administrative support and customer
service, and generate advanced excel based reports.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a
customer service background.
+ Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a

+ Understanding of financial statements and reports.
+ General knowledge of SQL databases and Tableau preferred.
+ Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration or related

related field preferred.
