We are looking for a **Senior Account Executive **to come join our team. This position is responsible for achieving aggressive sales and profitability objectives from new and existing clients. The Senior AE is responsible for individual territory business development, identifying marketplace opportunities, prospects and engaging new clients. The Senior AE is responsible for the sales process, including but not limited to; preparation and development of proposals or bid responses, communication regarding project scope, schedule and change order costs. **Position Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Audiovisual/IT (AV/IT) enterprise sales. * 2+ years' experience providing consultative sales and customer support in AV/IT industry. * Must be able to demonstrate a professional level of verbal, written and listening communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver high quality and grammatically correct documents, problem solve and negotiate effectively. * Position offers flexibility in scheduling with the understanding that AEs are required to travel and do whatever it takes to meet customer needs to achieve quota.

**Primary**** Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Cold calling potential sales prospects and managing existing accounts; identifying and qualifying prospective customers; educating the customer; and developing and presenting sales quotes and proposals to achieve assigned sales objectives. * Selling products, solutions and services offered by our company in various accounts and territories as mutually agreed with management; and assisting in closing business as part of a team. * Manage all aspects of customer accounts including expediting purchase decisions, communicating project lead times, obtaining appropriate change orders, and assist with customer collections as needed. * Although the Senior Account Executive does not perform Project Management duties, they are expected to provide sales support, coordination and planning throughout the entire pre and post selling process.
