We have a great opportunity for an experienced Revit Designer
who enjoys working with multidisciplinary teams throughout the
entire span of a project, from the initial concept development,
through drawings/specifications, to report preparation and
equipment sizing and selection, and finally meaningful engagement
during the construction contract.
Carry out the production of the required Revit models including
coordination with other disciplines together with the production of
associated 2D drawings detailed design and calculations in
accordance with applicable standards and as directed. Attend
meetings and attend site to review/monitor works as required to
progress the projects.
We will count on you to:
Production of BIM Electrical models and drawings to deliver
facility construction documents.
Run internal clash detection regularly and produce clash reports
Follow Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and its Standards,
Methods and Procedures (SMP) defined in BEP.
Preparation of drawings for projects assigned.
Produce documents in accordance with design briefs and within
completion deadlines set by the discipline lead.
Collaborate with internal & external design teams to produce
coordinated designs that are technically compliant, to a consistent
quality and standard.
Provide positive contribution to design/project meetings.
Maintain regular 'in house' design reviews and checks.
Assist team leader with identifying and implementing your
personal training and development requirements.
Assist implementing and managing QA/QC systems and procedures on
all projects where appropriate.
Effective management of own time, work and schedule, and budget
for allocated tasks,
Ensure timely and accurate completion of timesheets and submit
in accordance with reporting formats and deadlines.
Assist with project archiving at end of a project
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
5+ years' experience utilizing Revit to model electrical
building systems including experience creating Revit families and
Bill-of-materials from models.
Proficient with Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, and

The ability to use design skills to deliver practical solutions
