The Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Strategic Partner will be responsible for all D&I engagement, strategic partnership and management of various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and D&I Chapters. This position will execute against the D&I strategy managing the strategic engagement, development, measurement, and training of ERG and D&I Chapters. Responsible for ensuring assigned ERGs/Chapters implement tangible metrics, adhere to D&I policy, assessments, business plans, proposals and deliver tangible ROE (Return on Engagement) to the business. Execute against the D&I strategic vision, become a trusted partner to the business, and assigned ERGs/Chapters, improve the employee experience, add value, and be recognized for innovation and excellence in diversity and inclusion within the organization. Develop operational and communication strategy and materials for D&I office as it pertains to ERGs, Chapters and their corresponding plans. Success in this role is measured by ROE, process efficiencies, the implementation of best and next-practices and organizational effectiveness.
This position will interface with all levels of the enterprise and requires exceptional emotional intelligence, agility,
interpersonal skills and judgment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success as a genuine connector and trusted advisor to functional area leaders and internal accessibility stakeholders.

This role can be located in any part of the US.
  • 7-10 years Experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • 7-10 year experience in Accessibility
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work as a strong effective team player; commitment to results; solutions oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail, producing quality output.
  • PC and Internet savvy, including Microsoft Office with strong experience using Outlook.
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and follow-through on projects.
  • Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations.
  • Experience leading by influence.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in all elements of DE&I and accessibility.
  • Strong relationship building and management skills with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in DE&I and/or accessibility consulting and coaching.
  • Expertise in managing a variety of projects.
  • Fluency in ASL a plus.
  • Facilitation and/or training experience desired.
  • Volunteer management experience desired.
ERG and D&I Chapter Management:
• Drive and manage assigned ERGs and Chapter growth. This involves aligning to D&I strategy and
adjusting best practices to fit the T-Mobile culture and Un-Carrier strategy at a local level.
• Make recommendations to D&I Director based upon the assessment of programs.
• Develop and implement process and governance controls.
• Adopt and implement best in class/next in class programs, processes, procedures and tools.
• Develop and implement key metrics, responsible for measuring the success of assigned ERGs/Chapters.
• Work with local Inclusion Council leadership teams to ensure consistency within D&I framework.
• Meet virtually with ERG and Chapter leadership teams on a regular basis.
• Determine appropriate metrics, budgets, ROE, reporting and accountability for assigned ERGs/chapters.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders including Executive Sponsors, the managers of those who serve
in the Inclusion Council and HRBP business functions in order to facilitate the success and development
D&I Engagement programs.

D&I Administration:
• Maintain D&I calendar to ensure that essential dates are communicated with the appropriate business
partners and deadlines are met.
• Oversees ERG/Chapter events to ensure strategic alignment with D&I.
• Coordinate Inclusion Council meetings and Inclusion Council enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Work with ERG leadership to establish appropriate training for local Inclusion Council leadership.

• Contributes to D&I communication strategy for D&I Engagement team.
• Ensure all Chapter and ERG activities are communicated effectively across all functions of the business.
• Draft communication for ERGs/Chapters and D&I announcements and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communication and Public Relations team for all communication and graphic
