The Opportunity

Today, Ally has a broad customer base spanning verticals across technology, healthcare, retail, construction and insurance, including major customers like Slack, Microsoft, DoorDash, Nike, McDonalds, Accolade and many others. With more than 800 customers in 80+ countries and rapid revenue growth, Ally is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to continue their aggressive scale and implement paid advertising to drive their next phase of growth.

What will you do?

  • Drive a successful paid marketing function including search, social, review sites, retargeting, and other paid advertising channels.
  • Own and drive improvement in paid conversion performance all throughout the funnel
  • Drive free trial leads and MQLs at all conversion points in the product experience
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance and provide strategic insights to guide optimization of paid advertising initiatives and increase ROI.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes and operational infrastructure to support establishment of best-in-class service center for marketing stakeholders across the organization.
  • Set-up sophisticated tracking and attribution to measure impact of paid digital marketing efforts
  • Develop a test, measure, improve environment for all of Ally's paid digital efforts
  • Communicate performance and optimization efforts to various audiences and develop opportunities for further investment and scaling
  • Predict and model paid contribution to both new business, engagement, and expansion.

Is this you?

Professional Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in paid search and paid social, ideally with a rapidly growing B2B SaaS business
  • Strong understanding of paid best practices and strong instinct for brand and user experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital customer lifecycle marketing from trial to expansion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, start-up environment with aggressive deadlines and a high level of ambiguity
  • Proactive and creative problem-solver with exceptional EQ, communication skills, and ability to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships
  • Expert with Google AdWords, familiarity with Google Analytics, Marketo & Salesforce systems, and experience with content management systems
  • Self service lifecycle marketing a plus
