You must be able to balance multiple competing priorities and operate in a fast-paced organization.

Core Components of the role include:

  • Develop effective measures for assessing the driver learning curve to assess how effectively we are preparing drivers
  • Deeply understand the challenges of the driver role in order to ensure all drivers are prepared to deliver independently
  • Build collaborative, influential internal and external relationships with Product, Program, and Field teams and to develop action plans to improve the driver experience across all driver populations
  • Utilize analytic tools and listening mechanisms to effectively measure gaps in the driver ramp and extract new insights that drive improvements
  • Develop recurring communications for business leaders and key stakeholders on core programs and opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience prioritizing projects and leading initiatives from conception to launch in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL
  • MBA or Masters degree
  • Passion for building positive, engaged work environments
  • Successful record of creating, improving and executing programs at scale, ability to drive and measure program effectiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications; can facilitate action and commitment across stakeholders and peers
  • Strong team, interpersonal and persuasion skills, enabling individuals to establish influential partnerships working with peers, senior leaders and across organizational lines
