The research analyst must possess a strong passion for email
analytics and measurement. This individual will develop, deliver
and optimize capabilities to conduct analytics that will allow
continuous improvement and optimization of email communications.
This includes measurement, segmentation, and audience analytics.
This position will leverage a broad spectrum of marketing, media,
and associated data to develop new reporting and analytical
capabilities to support T I Studios email efforts / initiatives.
This individual will also play a key role with email analytical
strategy to enable T I Studios to drive efficiencies, effectiveness
and capabilities. The individual must excel at working with
partners, conducting analyses, preparing reports, and communicating
insights as they will act as a key advocate for the data and
analytics benefits that drive the organization. This position
reports to the Vice President, T I Studios.
At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United
StatesHigh School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's Degree - required (business, statistics or similar
4-7 Years - Experience w/ business research intelligence
2-4 Years - Experience in advanced business analytics, which
include testing, competitive analysis, surveys & market
2-4 Years - Marketing/Advertising experience
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Analysis, Business Analysis,
Reporting & Analysis - required
Develop and implement methods and procedures to measure and
report on communication effectiveness.
Drive optimization of campaigns through testing and prescriptive
Provide measurement, reporting, and analytics
Create holistic dashboards from different data sources for
presentations to senior management.
Present analysis & strategies to senior management in verbal &
Conduct competitive analysis to inform offers & processes
Conduct data analyzes and mine data to find opportunities and
