We're currently seeking a Senior Program Manager - Security &
Compliance to focus on compliance and assurance including SOC 2,
ISO 27001, etc. This position can be remote.
Here is what you will be doing at UiPath:
- Develop and maintain repeatable, sustainable processes for
successfully managing multiple external audits (e.g., SOC 2, ISO
27001, etc.) each year while minimizing impacts to the
- Contribute to the development of a common control framework to
bring clarity and organizational structure to how we will deliver
various attestations, certifications, etc.
- Automate evidence collection for control continuous monitoring
and audits leveraging UiPath robotic process automation
- Develop reporting and communications to stakeholders relevant
to UiPath's compliance efforts from a solution design,
architecture, policies and operations standpoint
- Work hand-in-hand with SRE, DevOps, Security Monitoring as well
as external auditors to deliver and maintain required attestations
- Participate in improving security and compliance posture of
UiPath's commercial SaaS environment
Here is what you'll bring to the team:
- 6+ years program management experience, preferably in software
development, cloud services and/or third-party assurance
- Extensive experience managing audits and control remediation
efforts as well as driving compliance, governance and regulatory
- Significant knowledge of AICPA Trust Services Criteria; SOC
1/2/3; ISO 27000 series; HIPAA; CSA STAR and/or PCI DSS
- Experience with continuous monitoring for controls including:
encryption; identity and access management; network security; key
management; secrets management; vulnerability management;
configuration management; security logging and monitoring,
- Stellar teamwork/collaboration skills and advisory/customer
consulting experience working with internal stakeholders on
- Proven track record of effectively working with remote teams
and ability to wear multiple hats, prioritize, not get stuck, and
adapt in an environment that's growing and changing fast
