Position Summary: As a member of our benefits and HR consulting team, you'll help our clients -- employers of all sizes, across all industries -- build workplaces that work better. We are currently looking for a Benefits Account Administrator that has the character and personality to work with a strong team of personable individuals. The Benefits Account Administrator will support our TPA (Third Party Administrator) team, with data entry + client service related to the enrollment of employee benefits. The Customer Service Representative provides customer service to a variety of customers over the telephone.

Essential Duties:

  • General tasks such as data entry, answering client requests via phone, and email, working closely with our internal team to provide excellent service
  • Manage client forms, and inputting data into our system
  • Manage all eligibility issues for clients
  • Compiles eligibility and billing data into a single invoice for Gallagher clients
  • Liaising between the insurance carriers and the client
  • Responding to urgent requests via phone in a timely manner
  • Administering COBRA enrollment
  • Submitting client enrollment forms
  • Ensuring industry compliance and brand standards are maintained

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast work environment
  • Ability to work independently and on a team

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Gallagher will require proof of work authorization
  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
