Primary responsibility for generating land acquisition leads,
managing land acquisition tracking documents, and working with
market intelligence team to identify opportunities for
• Assist Land Acquisition team by
identifying active projects currently under review by regional
• Work with Market Intelligence to
understand the Division’s strategic plan for growth and
opportunities for specific target consumer groups.
• Study comprehensive plans, zoning maps,
annexation maps, utility maps, and any ordinances regarding changes
in existing zoning.
• Utilize GIS mapping and Land Vision to
generate and manage a list of acquisition opportunities, future
communities, and active communities.
• Utilize New Home trends to monitor
development activity in the region.
• Lead monthly meetings with Land
Acquisition Team to review jurisdictional findings and identify
specific opportunities for the Land Acquisition team.
