We are looking for a talented leader with an analytical mindset who is passionate about optimize digital media investment in delivering business value to the enterprise. You will lead a team of managers and analysts responsible for evaluating performance across digital paid media channels (Display, Search, Social, etc.). You will structure and manage fast-paced analysis on campaign and channel efficiency in digital media, with a focus on driving high-quality prospective customers throughout the purchase funnel. You will influence digital media investment strategies and provide strong decision support to business owners across the Marketing org. You will regularly deliver and present to executive leadership actionable, data-driven recommendations that optimize T-Mobile’s marketing efficiency and deliver business performance.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 7+ years overall professional experience in analytics, management consulting, or similar roles – with 2+ years managing teams
  • Passion for leading teams to coaching team members, enhancing overall team performance, and facilitating professional growth
  • Relevant experience in analyzing marketing performance, especially analyzing API and log-level data from digital media/measurement platforms (e.g., SA360, Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Proficient in SQL and comfortable with efficiently querying large databases
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems in a complex media portfolio and develop data-driven insights
  • Clear communication of analytical findings across audience types (subject-matter-expert and non-technical) and levels (peers and executives)
  • Excellent prioritization skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and develop new analytical skills and approaches in a fast growing, dynamic business
  • Relevant experience preferred in one or more of: telecommunications, consumer electronics, finance, or subscription business
  • MBA with quantitative field in undergraduate degree -or- MS/MA/PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, operations research, computing science, statistics, economics, finance), -or- equivalent experience
  • Marketing-related specialization/coursework a plus
  • Lead team of 4-6 managers and analysts responsible for analyzing performance across digital media channels
  • Own prioritization in landing digital media performance data across ad serving platforms (e.g., SA360, Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Provide strong decision support and robust recommendations to business owners based on data-driven analysis, conducting high-profile analysis and delivering data narratives across business groups
  • Measure the value of our media investments through attribution of media exposure to prospective customer online and offline actions
  • Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner
  • Develop and lead positive, constructive collaborations with one or more cross-functional teams
  • Define the methodology and rigor of the group’s analysis and clarity and polish of our output
  • Coach team members in elevating work product and strengthen development areas to support career growth
