It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia's enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.What you will learn and contribute toRecruiting top talents to meet the market delivery demands.Responsible to secure local and remote resourced to the project as per the delivery plan.Providing training and support to the new hires.Cross-training employees to ensure job rotation to minimize the gaps.Providing coaching and performance feedback to all team membersCommunicating and ensuring understanding of functional or departmental goalsIdentifying the need for corrective actions when necessary.Ensuring delivery process are followed.Evaluating overall team and individual performance and supporting the team to achieve the objectives.Engaging and coordinating with other line managers across the organizationProviding reports on productivity and other performance indicators to senior management. Your skills and experienceMinimum 5 years of Experince is managing senior technical staff.Education : master degree in engineering.Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and management.Problem-solving skills and handling escalations. Experince in working under pressure.Organizational skills and time management skills.Good understanding ofthe delivery process.
