Manager Job Summary: The Bilingual Project Manager will support the
development and localization of TCG projects by facilitating
communication and strategic alignment between TPCi and partners in
Japan. This role will focus on planning and coordinating projects
by partnering with internal teams from product concept through

No *What you'll do * * Main contact on all aspects of bilingual
project management, with a specific focus on art and design
projects for TCG product development. * Establish and maintain
strong working relationships across the business units and all
levels of the organization. * Manage projects as assigned, monitor
progress, ensure timelines are maintained and deliverables are
executed. * Coordinate daily communication between TPCi and
partners in Japan, including translating written and oral
communication in both Japanese and English. * Provide project-level
design visions and collaborate with internal teams on creative
direction during the early stages of the design life cycle. *
Create art directions, define and keep up-to-date documentation on
brand guidelines and disciplines. Educate teams on asset usage to
ensure a cohesive design is used across the TCG products. * Assist
in the development of process documents, tools, and training
materials for internal and external stakeholders. * Thrive in and
encourage collaborative work environments while not hesitating to
own, define, and deliver on complex and ambiguous tasks, projects,
and programs. *What you'll bring * * Three (3) to four (4) years of
related professional experience. * Bachelors degree required. *
Excellent Japanese and English interpretation skills, including
experience interpreting business meetings and/or conference call.
Familiarity with Japanese business protocol. * Thorough
understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project
or product being developed. * Passion for and knowledge of the
gaming and Trading Card Games (TCG) industry. * General
understanding of brand identity, product design and print
development process (preferred). * Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and customer
service skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to
detail. * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to
meet deadlines. * Design background or knowledge in Adobe product
(preferred). * Experience in Project Management software. *
