We built the largest education social media presence with over 2 million followers in just a few months. Job Role
The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, service-minded and will need to have strong planning, organizational and time management skills, along with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively. This role best recent-college grads with 1+ years of experience in customer service, executive support, or marketing roles. Most importantly, candidates must be passionate about Kadama's mission and understand that their role will be a critical part of its success.

Responsibilities
Identify customer trends and translate your findings into new product ideas
Proactively seek and screen potential candidates for open roles, influencer brand deals, and investors
Provide exceptional customer service while being able to derive valuable data from those interactions
Drive team culture by maintaining a positive work environment
Assist the marketing team in producing new social media content on Tiktok/Instagram
Executive support for founding team including: proactively coordinating meetings, operational support, and Ad-Hoc projects

Job Requirements
Full-time role (in-office at downtown Bellevue)
Bachelors Degree Required (Recent graduate preferred)
1+ years working in customer service, marketing, or business support role
Excellent at problem-solving, proactively multi-tasking, and the ability to prioritize with precise attention to detail.
Resourceful, highly motivated, and possess exceptional project and organizational skills that operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment; able to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet.
Strong understanding of tech tools (Microsoft Office Suite including word, excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, etc.)
Motivated and passionate about building the largest Gen-Z educational app
