DevCo is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Bellevue, WA. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for acquiring new talent to the Company, by managing the full recruitment cycle.   • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to contribute to an organization-wide strategy for top talent attraction and retention.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the job specifications and necessary technical skills required to fill positions.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor for recruitment, job ads, and managing the Company's Applicant Tracking System. Keep the ATS up to date, ensuring effective outreach to both internal and external candidates.
  • Assist in managing the shared talent inbox, promptly responding to inquiries and requests.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment strategies, including but not limited to direct sourcing, networking, social media, and management of staffing companies.
  • Directly work with vendors to optimize Company profiles, advertising costs, job board conversion, advertisement, and Company reviews/reputation.
  • Complete administrative processes related to pre-employment for all candidates including verifying employment dates, checking references, and drug and/or background screenings.
  • Diligently track and update all open job requisitions in real time, including regular communication of status updates, trends, reporting, and metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate phone screenings and in-person interviews to qualify applicants and gain insight on work experience, assess technical knowledge, and skill level in order to evaluate fit for a position.
  • Prepare and present well-written summaries of pre-screen interview notes and resumes to hiring managers for consideration.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and first day communication, ensuring all new employees successfully understand company policies, benefits, and expectations.
  • Assist with employee training relating to interviewing techniques, ATS systems use, and hiring procedures.
  • Professionally represent the Company at career fairs, industry meetings, training events, and other functions as assigned. Required events may occur after normal business hours.
  • Promote and provide recommendations relating to the success of Company referral programs, sign-on bonuses, and other recruitment promotions.
  • Research and provide ideas on new technologies and tools to identify highly skilled candidates and passive job seekers.

      • Two years of work experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or service based industry.
      • Recruitment experience in real estate/property management/construction is a plus.
      • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • High school education or equivalent required.
      • Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties.
      • Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
      • Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.Benefits Offered
