Description:Repair and Maintenance personnel at properties, cover a wide range of duties across several different environments including retail, office, and exterior.The Painter is responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups, and coordinating large painting projects. While this position is primarily a hands-on job, the person in this position is also responsible for developing, implementing and documenting operational best practices.
