We are seeking a highly skilled Client Data Scientist/Client Engineer to join our team and help drive the development and implementation of machine learning models. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and build scalable solutions, and integrate models into production.

Reason for opening this role: Replacing non-Aditi remote workers to bring position more onsite.

Team Technical Stack: Data science, Python, Spark, Cloud platforms,

Must have skills for this role: Strong experience in machine learning and data science, including hands-on experience building and deploying models Proficiency in Python and common machine learning libraries (such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark.) Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred skills:

What are the soft skills required: Strong communication skills, must be onsite twice/week minimum

Any Specific industry backgrounds required?: Telecom is helpful.

Compensation
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
