Job Description:
What You'll Do Manage technically challenging, complex,
high-profile accounts. Effectively interact directly with clients,
both in person and in writing, and positively impact the client
relationship at both the day-to-day service level, as well as
relationship development level. Demonstrate a consistent
willingness to take the initiative and show a strong
problem-solving aptitude. Understand factual and technical
information, as well as the implied meanings from others'
communication, whether verbal or non-verbal. Make decisions using
judgment that is consistent with the best interests of the client,
and have those decisions and opinions accepted by the client and
underwriters. Must have the necessary organizational and technical
skills to work with sophisticated and complex accounts as well as a
high volume workload requiring a great deal of attention to detail,
complexity, and ongoing contact with client, etc. Ability to
listen, exercise judgment, and motivate others to achieve a high
level of customer service. Demonstrate strong, influential
negotiation skills internally, in the marketplace, and with clients
to effectively service accounts. Ability to conduct client seminars
and training. Develop, analyze, and implement a competitive
insurance program providing various alternatives for client
consideration, working in conjunction with the Account Management
Team. Participation in industry and professional programs strongly
recommended. #LI-JS1 You Should Have: Superior written and verbal
communication skills, as well as organizational skills. Ability to
take initiative. Math aptitude. Computer skills. Large, complex
Commercial Lines account product knowledge. State of residence
Producer's License High school diploma or equivalent required;
college degree preferred Seven (7) years retail agency and/or
brokerage experience; real estate experience preferred Industry

is $100,000 - $125,000. While this is the targeted range, final
offer amounts will depend on a variety of factors, including the
candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, and
