STRATEGY INSIGHTS & PLANNING CONSULTANT - Demand Center This role will revolve around responsibilities of creation and continuous development of the 'Demand Center' capability at ZS and deployment for various clients. You will be expected to lead the execution of this capability, what it means to stand up a DC capability, different components involved, how they integrate, tech stack needed, perspective on people strategy for demand center for a client. Lead development of business case of demand center, gather industry benchmarks on improvements after DC deployment. Identify potential strategic alliances needed with other tech providers or solutions that needed to be developed in-house to stand up a DC. Responsibilities: Pioneer development of capability of Demand Center offering Curating tech-stack recommendations for Best-in-class digital Mar-tech stack needed Must have excellent social/digital marketing and account-based marketing expertise; Build digital content development povs that require understanding of type of content involved in B2B Digital marketing Spearhead analytics and reporting related to the sales and marketing funnel for the entire lead flow; The role involves handling large volumes of data for analysis; Defining, documenting and communicating best practices and processes for all systems & activities relevant to the digital marketing stack; Closely align and work with sales data team/s to ensure efficient and effective program execution and data flow; Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach; Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data and coordinating team meetings; Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on the key client issues; Design and execute qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to test and analyze hypotheses; Synthesize findings, develop recommendations and communicate results to clients and internal teams; Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas; Participate in business development; Contribute to internal firm activities; Coach and mentor junior team members. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working Expertise & experience working with a Demand Center, and/or B2B marketing demand generation, ABM MBA with bachelor's (and often graduate) degrees with a strong academic record in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics or related fields. Alternately, candidates may possess a PhD in marketing, economics, decision sciences or related field with a business application. In lieu of an MBA or PhD, 5-8 years of relevant work experience may substitute; Creative and analytical thinker who has a proven track record of identifying and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns and/or cross-functional teams; High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative; Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading and managing teams; Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers; Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset; Analytic problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook; Exposure to BI tools like Power BI and Tableau; Client service orientation.
