Business Systems Analyst III

Job DescriptionAt least 5 years relevant experience required.
Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive
work products documenting requirements, including validation and
traceability, for existing and new applications supporting various
business channels. This position understands how organizations
function to accomplish their purpose, and defines capabilities an
organization requires to provide a service or meet their goals.
Facilitates communication between organizational units to align the
needs of business units in order to create requirement work
products for solution providers. Plans, directs and completes the
analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to
be developed for delivery. Provides technical assistance in
identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that
are cost effective and meet user requirements. Assesses system
impacts, provides gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit
analysis for system or product/service related initiatives. Acts as
liaison between the user community and internal IT resources.
Plans, facilitates, and participates in working sessions with
cross-functional resources. Intake Notes: - Additional expenses

Skillset Matrix Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems,
etc)? --- Deep understanding of Adobe platform/product capabilities
-with specific focus on Workfront platform capability/usability
knowledge --- Deep understanding of MSFT PowerAutomate/platform
capabilities (for automation & data flow) --- Ability to use
platforms like LucidChart, Office 365 Suite What does a typical day
look like? (daily tasks) --- Meetings w/ internal clients ---
Gather requirements for new workflows --- Consult w/ teams who need
process definitions --- Tie the clients' needs into the "bigger"
Organizational TechStack picture --- Translate client needs to
requirements --- Syncs w/ system admins to relay requirements ---
Create process maps in LucidChart --- Flag any use case that cannot
be answered by our owned MarTech stack --- Look at tools in the
enterprise toolbox or do research online to scope the right
solution --- Bring ideas on potential new tools to the Sr. Analysts
for further investigation --- Actively watch for/probe for
automation and integration opportunities (w/ AEM, Adobe Creative
Suite etc.) --- Work with the COMA team to enable further
integrations w/ the DAM --- Manage documentation related to a
Workstream including implementation plans, RnRs, Process Maps,
Delivery Milestone schedules, Stakeholder comms, own Workfront
project upkeep, etc. Preferred background/prior work experience?
--- Background in doing Process analysis, process streamlining,
defining processes --- Must be able to conform and speak the
language of customers (marketers, business owners) --- Very
experienced at translating real world scenarios into technical
requirements --- Works in fast-paced environments --- Works in
ambiguous and quick to evolve environments Priority soft skills?
