Job Description:

Description Provide first level contact to our staff by answering support emails, tickets and calls Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users who need assistance with their computer hardware or software Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution Configure and deliver PC hardware and software Supports audio and video equipment in conference rooms Manages and monitors internal IT assets to ensure accurate inventory records Provide technical support and troubleshooting for printers, scanners, and mobile devices Maintain daily performance of computer systems Other duties as assignedRequirements Previous helpdesk support experience Proficient critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving and reasoning skills Excellent communication skills Must be able to learn and support new and fast-changing technologies Highly capable and comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization Strong customer service skills Must have reliable transportation to travel to clinics as neededThis position requires having a COVID vaccinePreferred qualifications: Microsoft operating systems and applications (O365, Windows, etc.) A+ Certification Electronic health record support experience
