Job Description: The Client Development Analyst provides overall day-to-day support to ensure the effective management of all marketing, sales proposals, and opportunities. Administrative tasks include managing multiple inputs on updates to revenue and opportunity forecasts, participating in client development tracking calls and providing support to the Xenon arc client development team. Primary Duties: Sales Process Support

  • Support prospecting process & conduct thorough client research
  • Maintain Customer-Relationship Management system (CRM) data
  • Help Client Development team create PowerPoint Pitch Decks
  • Maintain/update training, documents, and project resources
  • Attend client development team meetings
  • Coordinate tradeshow attendance & travel Proposal Process Support
    • Project manage the proposal process internally, including timeline and deliverables
    • Prepare the proposal - outline scope & opportunity gathered from the Client Development lead; redefine scope descriptions; write new scope as needed
    • Facilitate reviews of the draft proposal
    • Prepare final proposal for CD to submit to client
    • Manage any revisions to proposals post-submission
    • Organize and maintain the proposal resource folders Marketing Support
      • Work with leadership & vendors to develop marketing plan
      • Support strategy, storyboarding & message development
      • Manage timelines and quality of marketing deliverables
      • Plan/facilitate marketing strategy & deliverable review meetings
      • Perform market research & analysis
      • Develop proposals and coordinate with graphic designers to create graphics
      • Contribute to marketing process improvement initiatives Requirements:
        • Bachelor's degree required, BA in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred
        • Two years of CRM experience
        • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
        • Experience with budget and financial management
        • Knowledge of project management tools and procedures
        • Knowledge of graphic design & marketing principles
        • Ability to take initiative to learn and produce high quality work
        • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without a reduction in accuracy or quality of work product
        • Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
        • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
        • Successfully perform in a high stress, fast-paced environment
        • Excellent written and oral communication skills
        • Actively participate in team meetings as required by providing challenges and solutions to benefit other team members and treating all proprietary information as confidential Competencies
