considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a
candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary
for the Sr Research Data Analyst position is $80,000 annually and
the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually. The
compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend
on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary
bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.This position can
sit in Denver, CO, Seattle or Bellevue in Washington or Salt Lake
City or Lehi in Utah.RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze and visualize market
data for internal and external clients; and evaluate/create data
processes and automations for increased data efficiency.ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES--- Works directly with divisional Data
Intelligence Manager to provide data efficiencies and insights to
research staff, sales producers, and market leaders across the
region.--- Develops standard and bespoke data dashboards and
visualizations using a variety of tools (such as Tableau, Power BI,
Excel, etc.)--- Evaluates existing data processes and helps create
efficiencies through automations and routine audits, utilizing a
variety of tools (SQL, R, Python, etc.)--- As needed, presents data
and analyses at the point of sale and/or provides data-training to
various professionals.--- Collaborates with local and national team
of data analysts on projects as needed.--- Other duties as
assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory
responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance
such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead
project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level
employees.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION and EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree
(BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of four
to six years of data-related experience and/or training.Master's
degree with two to four years of experience also acceptable, but
not required.Experience in commercial real estate and/or market
research preferred but not required.CERTIFICATES and/or
LICENSESNone.COMMUNICATION SKILLSExcellent written and verbal
communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous
service to customers. Ability to effectively present
information.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires knowledge of basic
financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate
figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or
commissions.REASONING ABILITYAbility to comprehend, analyze, and
interpret complex documents. Requires advanced analytical and
quantitative skills.OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES--- Advanced
experience with Microsoft Office (Excel).--- Advanced experience
with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or other) .---
Advanced experience with data programming languages (R, Python,
SQL, or other).--- Possess a positive work attitude and ability to
