And if that's you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionYou will work on the Customer Success team, providing technical assistance to Customer Success Managers, Rockwell Customers, and other internal resources. You will report to the Team Lead of Customer Success Consultants.Your Responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers on the application and adoption of augmented reality and IIoT solutions, providing architectural guidance and best practices to maximize usage
  • Understand plant floor connectivity solutions for data collection and dashboarding
  • Translate competitive solutions into a RA solution that meets or exceeds customer's expectations.
  • Actively seek out and participate in both formal and informal training opportunities to continuously develop technical skills.
  • Collaborate with peer roles in defining sales and delivery handoff motions
  • Cooperate with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers in promoting RA and Partner AR/IoT solutions to existing customers with presentations and/or demonstrations.
  • Shares industry knowledge of customers based on their key drivers at the appropriate role level with new and existing customers
  • Keep sales and customer relationship management data up to date in local agreed upon tools such as SFA and Gainsight, optimizing by using these tools consistently
  • The Essentials - You Will Have:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
    • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
    • The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
      • Bachelor's Degree in engineering / technical related field
      • Deep knowledge and working expertise in Augmented Reality, Industrial Internet of Things, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness solutions
      • Ability to map technical solutions to customer outcomes and business value
      • Strong solution and application expertise, and related demonstrated sales experience
      • 5+ years of customer facing roles in technical sales or project delivery
      • Working knowledge of TSIA LAER model
      • Products: PTC Vuforia Expert Capture / Instruct / Chalk, PTC ThingWorx, PTC Kepware, FactoryTalk Analytics, DataView, Edge Gateway, FT Linx, Microsoft HoloLens, HMT Realwear
      • Technical skills: Java, HTML, MQTT, SQL and relational databases, time-series data stores, Windows server, Microsoft Azure
      • Working understanding of networking and data center concepts
